About PRIME's bankable website service

Updated over 2 months ago

PRIME’s Executive Corporate Credit package includes our Corporate Credit program and a bankable website. This service provides you with an online presence to help establish credibility (and credit-ability!) to potential lenders.

What is a bankable website?

Our bankable website product includes a one-page website designed for credit-building purposes. The goal of this site is to establish a general web presence with broad company positioning—not to provide a detailed description of your business. For example, if you’re in the real estate industry, your website will generally discuss real estate but not necessarily your specific niche within that industry (i.e. fix-and-flips, AirBNBs, etc.). This leaves your funding opportunities more open as your business grows and evolves.

The service includes domain procurement, ongoing website hosting, monthly maintenance, and regular security updates (such as plugin updates, etc.).

Why should I have a bankable website?

Having a bankable website demonstrates credibility, legitimacy, and professionalism to potential lenders. Most financial institutions will research a business online before extending credit, and companies that have no web presence are viewed with scrutiny. Plus, Dun & Bradstreet actually factors in a business’s online presence when assessing its overall creditworthiness.

How do I use my bankable website?

The intended purpose of this website is to share with credit lenders and financial institutions. That means you should list it on your account or loan applications, include it in investment pitches, or put it on a business card!

That said, these websites are built specifically for that purpose, so you don’t need to share them everywhere. This site is not intended to be a full-service marketing website or to be client-facing so adding it to your social media bio, for example, might confuse customers who are looking to shop with you online. Just think about who the website is meant for and where they’d expect to find it—use your best judgment!
