How will I receive my mail?
If your registered agent receives any mail on your behalf, you will receive an email notification from [email protected]. You are able to view digital scans of qualifying mail for free.
Can I request the physical copies of my mail?
Forwarding the original physical copy of any correspondence, qualifying or non-qualifying, costs $20. However, we only hold physical copies of your mail for 50 days, so make sure you submit this request quickly!

What is qualified vs. non-qualified mail?
If the parcel is official legal or government correspondence, it is considered qualified mail. Qualified mail will be scanned and forwarded to you automatically within 2–3 business days of when it is received.
Anything not from a legal entity or a government body is deemed non-qualifying. The first five pieces of non-qualifying mail will be forwarded to you digitally at no cost, but additional pieces of non-qualifying mail will not be sent to you. If you directed an important non-qualifying correspondence to your registered agent address by mistake, you may unlock the digital copy of it for $5.

What are the potential consequences of misusing my registered agent service?
Continual misuse of your registered agent service—such as using the address for commercial, personal, or banking purposes—can lead to the termination of your service. Because this address is listed as the address on your LLC documents, termination of your RA service could lead to the dissolution of your company. To avoid this, be sure to keep your registered agent address exclusive to your state and federal filings.
I had a replacement credit card shipped to my registered agent by mistake... What should I do?
While you can request physical mail to be forwarded to you from your registered agent for $20, it typically takes around 3–4 weeks to get back to you. We recommend simply requesting another card be sent to your physical address directly from the bank, as that will likely be much faster.
