Our basic registered agent service is $9.95 per month or $99.95 per year. Our Pro RA package—which bundles your registered agent service with your branded domain and email—is $24.95 per month.

To change the payment method on file for your monthly registered agent service, contact our billing department.

You're required to pay the registered agent fee for every entity you own. If you have a holding company and/or multiple LLCs, you will see a charge of $9.95 per month per entity. If you're being charged multiple times and believe this is done in error, please reach out to [email protected].

If we are unable to collect payments for your registered agent service for three months in a row, your service will be automatically terminated.

If your registered agent service is terminated, your LLC will be at risk of dissolution. Because this would no longer be an address that can be legally associated with your LLC, your entity paperwork will be out of date. To avoid this, you'll need to reinstate your registered agent service with us or file an amendment to your entity paperwork with the state.

If you purchased our Professional Registered Agent package, your Google Workspace access will also be deactivated.

In order to cancel your registered agent service, your entity paperwork needs to first be updated with a new registered agent address. You can list your home address or designate another registered agent. To do this, you'll need to file an amendment with the state, which typically has a fee.

To avoid amendment fees, you can continue with your current registered agent service until it's time to file your annual report. At this point, you can update your registered agent information for free, and then cancel your registered agent service with PRIME.

Please note that Alabama, Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas do not require annual reports, so this will not be an option for LLCs registered in those states.
