Billing and payments for my tax preparation service

When you signed up for tax support through PRIME, your initial payment covered setup and access to a full suite of tax planning resources. From there, all ongoing tax preparation services—and billing—are handled directly by our preferred fulfillment provider, Incite Tax.

What was my initial payment for?

Your one-time setup fee through PRIME includes:

  • Your customized tax profile setup and intake review

  • Access to our exclusive suite of resources, designed to give you a strong tax foundation and strategic insight. These resources include:

    • Business organizer templates

    • Tax deduction guides

    • In-depth tax strategy outlines

    • Full access to the Tax Vault video series

What is my monthly fee for?

Once you’re set up, Incite Tax takes over for all ongoing services and manages all billing directly. They charge a monthly fee, which covers your tax preparation service for the year. It also covers:

  • Your annual tax planning meeting

  • State and federal letter reviews

  • Access to IRIS

  • Membership in the Grow Your Wealth Facebook community

  • Unlimited admin team email support
