Where to start
As outlined in the emails mentioned above, here are the first things you should do:
Download the IRIS app. This resource and storage app is how you’ll access important resources, complete required documentation, and securely share and store information.
Complete your onboarding form. Once in the IRIS app, find the section titled “Resources.” You should see a link to submit your onboarding form directly through the app.
This step must be completed—Incite is unable to move forward with your services without your onboarding form, so get this done as soon as possible!

Who is my tax professional?
Your first email from Incite (subject line: Hi [your name], welcome to Incite Tax!) will include the name and email of your assigned tax pro. If you are unable to locate that email, please reach out to [email protected]. This information can also be found in your IRIS portal by clicking “My account” under the “Quick links” section.
Do I have to download the IRIS app?
While you are required to set up an IRIS profile*, you’re welcome to do it through a web browser instead of through the app. We do highly recommend the app, as it’s very simple to use and makes on-the-go communications quick and easy!
If you do prefer a browser option, you can log in to iris.incitetax.com using the username and temporary password provided to you in the email titled “Welcome to IRIS - Your new client portal.” If you are unable to locate this email, please reach out to [email protected] to request this information.
