Renewing my bankable website

Updated over 3 months ago

To keep your bankable website active, you’ll need to renew the domain ownership on an annual basis.

How do I renew my bankable website?

Many bankable websites are on autopay for renewal, meaning we’ll take care of it for you… no need to set a calendar alert! In this case, we will email you 30 days prior to your charge date to ensure you are prepared.

If you are not on autopay, we will email you several weeks before your renewal due date with a link to process your renewal. You will receive several email reminders leading up to your website’s expiration date to ensure you don't forget.

PRIME can help with that!

If you're not sure whether or not your account is on autopay, or you'd like to sign up for autopay, contact our billing department.

  • Phone: 1-855-577-4639

    • Select option 1 for “existing clients,” then 1 for “billing and payment related questions.”

What happens if I don’t renew my bankable website?

Failure to renew your bankable website will result in the termination of this service. This revokes your ownership of the domain, meaning it can be purchased by someone else. This also means the site structure itself will be taken down.
